I have been seeing Dr Rizk for quite some time and 2 weeks ago I had a total knee replacement. Let me just say Dr. Rizk is a top notch orthopedic surgeon. From my pre op to the day of surgery I was informed of everything that was to go on in surgeryas well as all the aftercare. I truly appreciate Dr. Rizk and his staff for their professionalism and the care. I will definitely recommend him.
The dr is great however I have had to call for referrals and records and I can say 2 of the ones that answered the phones were rude. I was nice (I wasn’t calling to complain or anything) but they acted like I was disturbing them. Marybeth was rude. She didn’t even ask for the fax number of where I needed something faxed?? She also doesn’t know how to say goodbye. In fact only one person, Randy, has said anything when hanging up.
