Dr. Choi is one of the most professional physicians I've had on my care team. They are on time, take the time to explain everything. Remember Northwestern is a teaching hospital so Dr. Choi may supervise while a member of her team does the work. Most importantly the pain has been under control.
Dr. Choi & her team are very professional. She & her resident explained everything to me, by coming into the room one at a time. I knew who was injecting me. They also asked me for questions. The pain relief in my back is on target. Thank you.
I was very surprised to see a negative review of Dr Choi. I have worked with her 3 times and find her and her team excellent.
Not only did I get lied to by the PA that I seen prior to my injection with Dr. Choi stating that could only get my injection by Dr. CHOI. SHE NEVER DID THE PHYSICAL BEFORE TAKING ME INTO THE ROOM FOR THE INJECTION. I was seen in the exam room by another PA because Dr. Choi was to busy to even go into the exam room to introduce herself and explain the injection procedure.
