Update 10/8/2025 Another great system checkup from Ken at Hendrick's Service Now. Ken has been here for our preventive maintenance inspections for more that two years and it really makes a difference to be able to have that continuity with any kind of service representative, especially now days when it seems almost impossible to get good, knowledge, responsive, - forget about live customer service. As always, Hedrick's went above and beyond to install a new water heater. It was difficult to remove and the job took longer than they expected due to restricted space. Brady was great and even asked for and used paint I had to cover a very small chip on my door while removing. I probably would have never seen it but they did. Thanks for the hard work.
