Chris came out today and found a loose wire. These guys are great always very considerate, clearly explained problem and fix.
I was very impressed by this young man. He was very honest and very quick. I had another company we had used before come out and quoted over $4000 to replace the unit. Your man found the true problem and fixed it without charging me an arm and a leg. Which as a widow, I didn’t have that much money. HONESTY WINS IN THE END. WHEN WE DO NEED A NEW UNIT HEDRICK GETS THE JOB.
OMG, this job!!! They showed up for Act IV loaded for bear! So many variables and, if it could go wrong, it did. They stuck with it til the end and even fixed something that was broken from a previous project. So glad we were introduced to this company. There is no other company for heating, plumbing or A/C maintenance and repair!!
Very professional, was willing happy to answer any questions I have.
We were having issues with our a/c unit over the weekend. Alejandro came to check it out. He was there most of the day but figured it out. Stuck with it, never got frustrated. It wasn't an easy issue to find but found the problem. Got the new part in and is working great. Thank you to Jake, Bruce and Alejandro! This is why I will always do buisness with Hedrick's Service Now. Small family owned makes a difference
