Chris discovered the problem quickly. It was a clogged condensation drain. He cleared the drain and installed a tool to prevent the issue in the future. Chris is professional and friendly.
We've enjoyed the professional service from Hedrick for nearly 30 years and today's visit for and unusual and complex plumbing problem was excellent, too. We love their annual service plan and the good folks who work there...like Amanda, Chris, Connor, Pete and Trevor....Great group!
Randy did a great job. Great follow-thru from repair recommendations and made our plumbing more reliable.
