Ordered headers with a y pipe for my truck. Original packaging had the headers wrapped in foam but the ypipe was not. Ypipe got messed up, scratched scuffed and one flange was bent. Hedman didn’t even respond. But jegs helped me out and reached out to their contact at Hedman and got me a replacement ypipe. The invoice even said to wrap ypipe in foam, which they DID NOT do. I sent a “heartfelt” email to Hedman, receiving a good response from someone that was unable to help me but forwarded my message. then some random guy tha... read more
