I am so glad that I finally a orthopedic doctor that understood my pain and is confident that he can help get back to normal. After suffering for over 5 years I say it is about time. I truly look forward to getting better thanks to Dr. Damper.
My attempt to make my first appointment was so off-putting, I won't give them a try. When I phoned the office today I was asked who my insurance provider is, I told her. She told me I must gather my records, label them attention so-and-so and drop them off so the doctor could determine if he might "take your case". After putting me on hold the receptionist came back and said that he didn't need to review my file, but asked if my insurance was this or that I said "no" and she says "you want to check your insurance card?"
