I used to go there when my friend had a cabin in Alex. I haven't been there in years and am so excited to be going tomorrow. I bought several of their rings over the years. They were always incredibly accommodating. I remember them sizing in a day, which is unheard of.
I have been doing business with the Hedine Family for over 30 years. Not once has there ever been a disappointment. Quality, craftsmanship, and service has always been 5-star in all those years. I have my sons going there now too. Hope they are around another 90+ years!
I heard great reviews about them so I chose to use their services Friday. Went to get my ring today. They tried to give me another ring that wasn't mine and then they told me they gave mine to someone else. They did not have his name or number. I was so upset. All they could tell me was to wait for him to return it. He did within an hour when his wife found out and I went to get it.
