I contacted Ben from Hedges Insurance upon a recommendation from a friend who was signed up for Medicare Advantage with them. From the very beginning, I was impressed. The agents are local, and they act like small-town friendly neighbors. Ben patiently explained what I could expect as I turned Medicare age, and explained my options (including just going with Medicare and no Advantage plan).
