Quick response. Only drawback was that after I sent a second email it took a few days to hear back

I did not end up buying a vehicle from them, but... They called me back in a timely manor, and answered all of my questions about the vehicle. They were open and honest with me. Which is VERY rare these days.
Drove to dealership, test drove car, purchased car, drove home. Very undramatic.
