We recently had a leak in our townhome roof and our HOA sent out Hedberg and Son Roofing to take care of it. Scott was the technician who handled our repair and I honestly could not be more impressed. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be done. He was very easy to talk to, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Excellent work, worth recommending
This review is based on my experience. My Townhome Association hired Hedberg to perform a two phase project on my home. 1st phase went fine. I had to coordinate Hedberg and window installer for 2nd phase. Hedberg's team showed up and I inquired " if they were familiar with the project?" Answer was "no". I called Scott ( my contact at Hedberg) expressing my concern. Meanwhile the team LEFT - GOT IN THEIR TRUCK - and left. A phone call and 2 texts to Scott - No Response.
