We recently had a leak in our townhome roof and our HOA sent out Hedberg and Son Roofing to take care of it. Scott was the technician who handled our repair and I honestly could not be more impressed. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what was going on and what needed to be done. He was very easy to talk to, professional, and responsive throughout the process. Excellent work, worth recommending
This review is based on my experience. My Townhome Association hired Hedberg to perform a two phase project on my home. 1st phase went fine. I had to coordinate Hedberg and window installer for 2nd phase. Hedberg's team showed up and I inquired " if they were familiar with the project?" Answer was "no". I called Scott ( my contact at Hedberg) expressing my concern. Meanwhile the team LEFT - GOT IN THEIR TRUCK - and left. A phone call and 2 texts to Scott - No Response. Reliable and Honest I have had Hedberg and Son do several projects for me over the last 10 years. When Eric Hedberg, the owner, tells you something will get done, you can go to the bank on it. One of their lead men, Roberto, brings a knowledge, experience and workmanship which has never left me disappointed. Both my wife and I have always had a great experience working with Roberto and, for that matter, the rest of his crew at Hedberg and Son. The work is top notch at a fair price. Highly Recommended.
Hedberg & Son replaced my roof about 9 years ago—they did a really great job. I was very pleased with everything. Service was great, communication was excellent. Recently I had a minor leak; I wasn’t sure what to do, but finally I called Hedberg. They were so great! A few days later they came out, found the issue, and fixed it. They stand by their work. The best!
