This company gets paid to maintain our ceiling fan/air filter units. Their care is show up a couple times a year and wipe down the exterior with spray cleaner and a rag, install new foam filters and leave. We have to put up with dust bunnies the size of mice being thrown off the fan assembly, which land on our customers and get us a lot of harsh comments.
