I went in for 4 new tires, they were more affordable than anywhere else in Virginia Beach for the same brand I was looking for.. we were in & out! Super fast and very pleasant/respectful � Had a few pleasant Conversation with Hector and his team... I definitely will be coming back for our Dodges and BMW!! I recommend Hector’s tired and rim to everybody..
I went in for 4 new tires significantly more affordable than anywhere else in Tidewater for the same brand I was in & out Had a few pleasant convos & now im riding smooth & safe with no buyers remorse Id def go back but with this 60k tread wear warranty tires they hooked me up with i wont have to Lol Thanx guys! Ill see yous guys next week for rear brakes!
You get what you pay for I suppose. Got three used tires today at noon, at 3 one of them is already flat.

Im so sorry , I kno its hard to believe but you could've caught something in it on the way home ,nail screw ect .It has happen to me with brand new tires , 😕 Either way we are here and more than happy to look at it and take care of the problem . All of our tires come with a warranty and our #1 goal is to make sure our customers are happy and satisfied . .
Bought a tire mid October, l don't drive much,after 3 weeks it needed air...then again , the next week,. ..l had it taken back almost 2 weeks ago, l was told there was a hole in sidewall..but, they didn't have tire in stock...the last two weeks we call when truck comes in and James says tire isn't in..now I'm putting air in daily and afraid to drive it.... So, l definitely don't recommend Hectors as they don't stand behind there products. .very disappointed. ...l rely on my vehicle for lots of drs appt

Im so sorry to hear this .We would never sell tires with sidewall holes they wouldnt even make it off the lot without going flat .? . Either way , our #1 thing we strive for is customer service . What size is the tire ? I will make sure we make it right .
