The assistant staff is. Nice, the Doctor too, there is a lot of waiting outside, when you call the consultation it is a draw that they take the call.
I am SO glad that I did not listen to the negative reviews. My experience on my first visit to his office was fantastic. His humor eased my nerves and was very informative with all my questions. I also need to mention how incredible Damien was who worked on my skin. He was so careful, thorough and pleasant. 5 stars indeed.
The visit to this place was totally unexpected. You are lucky if this doctor gives you a minute of unconditional attention and care. As a patient, you expect to be listened by the doctor, have a chance to explain the reason of your visit and get some comfort, professionalism and respect from staff and doctor. None of this is found in this place. You are at the mercy of some medical students who run the show, the doctor is very cut and dry and the receptionist, Andrea even worse. GREAT DERMATOLOGIST DR WILTZ IS ABSOLUTILY WONDERFUL. I HAVE BEEN TO ALMOST ALL DERMATOLOGIST IN TOWN IN THE LAST YEAR, THEY DIDN'T CURE ME. DR WILTZ WALKED INTO THE ROOM LOOKED AT ME, SAID YOU HAVE THIS, I WILL SENT YOU SOME MEDICE. I TOOK THE MEDICE, 3 DAYS LATER I WAS CLEAR. HIS STAFF WERE GREAT. I BEING TO HIS OFFICE 3 TIMES. Doctor Wiltz was by far the worst doctor I had ever been to. His medical students attended me. The actual doctor saw me for ONE MINUTE before turned his back and walked out the door. He gave his medical students a prescription to give me. He didn't give me a chance to explain my medical history or ask questions. The medical students could not answer my questions and I had to ask for the doctor to be called back. He was quick to dismiss my concerns and called them insignificant.
