I was referred to Hector's Quality Flooring from a family friend. I was very impressed with their cleanliness and efficiency in managing my kitchen project. I worked with several guys from the company and all were courteous and knowledgeable. They did a great job and really went above and beyond to make us happy.
So two years ago I hired this horrible company to complete a bathroom and kitchen. His staff stole my kitchen items I had in the garage while the project was being completed. His painter was horrible. I have streaks on my walls. I would complain to Hector to please hire me another painter to clean up his mess. He would not so I made him give me a credit to the project due to the painter's mess. Also, he overcharged me for so many items which I had him also give me a credit for. Thanks Hector for a beautiful kitchen and bath remodel. Customer service and work was great. We will definitely recommend you. All our concerns and questions were answered promptly and work was done sooner than expected. Looking forward to using again in the near future.
Hector is great. They have done several projects for us and always do a great job. Floors in whole house in 2016, new kitchen in 2021, and 3 bathrooms in 2023. All work is still in good shape in 2024. Very responsive and checks in on the project progress regularly.
