if i could give zero stars i would. You literally can NOT get ahold of anyone doesn't matter if you are at the clinic or if you are calling. the staff do not care to help answer your questions and at times can be rude definitely not Hospitable at all. The phone tree doesn’t work. Nobody answers the phone and whenever you press zero to ask about other questions, the phone completely goes to a busy tone. It is unbelievable how inattentive this clinic is and how unhelpful their staff are.
Your AI online communication system through the cell phone does not connect directly to a live operator I've tried waiting several times to contact someone about setting up an appointments.
Respect isn't given. It's earned.
