If I could give Hector 10 stars I would. From minute one on our phone conversation he has gone above and beyond for me. I am moving from Montana to Salem. I am retired a single and did nothave a very big budget but Hector acted like I was buying a million dollar home. Throughout the whole process of looking at homes, recommending a mortgage broker, helping me write up a solid offer and overseeing the repairs needed he has been there for me. If you are looking to buy or Sell in the Salem area I highly recommend Hector Garcia.
It pains me to have to write such a review as I was mislead about Mr Garcia professionalism. He was extremely homophobic and insensitive to me and my partners lifestyle, and used extreme profanities with us and became upset after finding out about our partnership. I cannot believe in 2025 we are still dealing with these bigots especially in real estate.
