I was told a price and at the cleaning time they said a different price and so they respected the price but then we called to let them know the job was not well done and she said well you didn’t pay the dollars extra so she knows she didn’t do a good job. Def not recommending, a friend recomendad them to us o well what can we do
Cleaned 4 bedrooms, stairs, hallways, a loft, and a master closet in under an hour. Takes me longer to VACUUM all that. How fast do you think all those stains and marks came right back? Before it even dried. AND they picked my my own carpet steam cleaner in one of the bedrooms, and put it on its SIDE on top of my guest room mattress, and LEFT it there. Alex, from H&C, came out to my house yesterday and did an outstanding job on our carpets that were in SERIOUS need of some cleaning! He got stains out that I absolutely did not believe could be removed!! He was prompt. He was professional. His rates were very fair, and exactly as we had discussed in the estimate ahead of time...no surprises. I hate surprises when it comes to spending money! Thanks again, Alex Vazquez! We will definitely be calling you again in the future!!
