Paul was great and did a thorough check of our HVAC system. The price was very reasonable. We recently had a furnace breakdown emergency and Zach and Eli saved the day and Carolyn is also very helpful. I highly recommend Hecox Home Services!
We had a situation arise in which we needed service on our HVAC system with a winter storm and cold stretch looming. Our regular HVAC service company was unable to help us, so we needed to find someone else. We only wish we had found Hecox sooner! We hired them for a second opinion, and we were blown away by their meticulous attention to detail and depth of knowledge. On top of that, their customer service is exceptional. Now that we’ve found them, we won’t use anyone else!

I just started using Hecox. I moved to them as the company I formally went to was sold and service has gone down and prices have gone up. After doing a lot of research, I chose another firm first. After they can came out, I did not have a high level of comfort, so I tried Hecox. I won't go into the details, but several major components of my system failed within a few weeks.
