I've been knowing Hecky for 55 years and he has always been a person with good morals n principles; he started a reading program back in the 60's and Ricky and I worked for him. I was not living in Evanston when Hecky opened his first Rib Palace, but every time I would come home he would tell his staff to give me and my family what ever we wanted on the house.... Absolutely the best ribs, fried chicken, comfort and soul food on the North Side of Chicago, on the North Shore (and probably beyond.) I always get good, quick, friendly service when I go in person, too, which is fantastic.
