Highly recommend Aspen Laser treatments! They helped relieve inflammation and improve mobility/feeling in a hip I injured 5 years ago.
I cannot recommend Dr Heckmann enough. I had been experiencing some significant lower back pain which further led to other parts of my body adversely reacting to how I was carrying myself. During my 1st visit Dr Heckmann did a thorough evaluation of my entire body which further identified areas of concern that needed some adjusting, not just my lower back. He is extremely thorough and mindful of his patients. If you need an adjustment, he is absolutely the Dr. you need to see in the greater Pagosa Springs area.
Dr Heckmann demonstrated a surprising level of care and thoroughness in my first appointment. I can see that he aims to manipulate not only the joints but the musculature around them for a longer lasting effect. His background in PT in combination with the laser treatment that he offers has me confident that I will experience physical healing instead of solely, temporary relief.
I tried Aspen Laser Treatment with Dr. Heckmann for a SLAP tear in my shoulder. After my first treatment, I noticed immediate relief in inflammation and improved range of motion. As I’ve continued treatments, my shoulder pain has continued to improve, and I’m optimistic about my recovery.
