I worked there bout 3 yrs. Dont work there no more. The owners of the company use Heco as a tax right off. They dont want the company to make money. That is why they brought in Russell. Russell has ran off everyone that knew anything in order for the company not to make any money. Its also one of the lowest paid factories around and thanks to the temp places they can replace anyone no problem
I love it here, but I am not in the production part of it. I work in CAD/CAM Technology Center. (Toolmaker) l took over 4 dollar an hour cut in pay to come here, becuse I was miserable at my other job at Cupples J&J .
Used to be a great place but new management has turned the place upside down!! Shipments are late and on oct 2013 they was almost bankrupt because of the new management!! Still have great friends working there and I feel so sorry for them because they have to go to work in such a bad environment every day!!!
