As a renter please be warned of the special stipulations they require you to do in their leases. If your credit isn’t all that great they are not doing you any favors and more than likely you won’t get your deposit back, after putting down. 2 months. Think twice about signing rental leases with this company. They will do you wrong upon move out, especially if you have bad credit. Don’t get caught in the end owing more than you put in
