We are a flooring vendor, so I deal with many companies. Hecht is head and shoulders above their competition. Communication is fantastic which helps us tremendously because of the logistics of getting our jobs completed.
One of the best real estate companys ive ever had the pleasure renting from. Always took care of any maintaince requests each and every time in a quick and postive manner. Rented from them for 2 and half years i wish we could have found another property within their network. Also helped me get into another property outside of theirs.
