Maisey and I had a good experience with Dr. Saez. I could tell Maisey was comfortable with her.
For a myriad of reasons, we switched vets very late in our dog's life. Our only regret is not taking her here sooner. We saw Dr. Salter in early January and she was compassionate and honest with us about our dog's prognosis, but gave us a few options to try. We were able to enjoy her another month, then it was time to say goodbye. Dr. Bruce and staff were unbelievably empathetic and kind as we said goodbye to our sweet Morgan on Friday. The environment here is spectacular. The staff is knowledgeable and pleasant. They always get my dog in within hours when there is a problem with her. They are great with her despite her being temperamental. They send dogs home with treats, and they call to check on them after a visit. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
I took my chihuahua to three different veterinarians for consultations before trying Hebron Animal Hospital. Louise needed a lot of teeth pulled and I was very nervous about how the procedure would go (her last dental procedure was a VERY negative experience at a different clinic). Other clinics we'd been to for consultation were either too expensive or the vets were dismissive and too rushed to answer my questions thoroughly.
