Loved them until they tried scamming bus. They scheduled my dog for a same day appointment and that was great, however they failed to tell me that my dog needed to be seen by the veterinarian to get her allergy preventative shot until I arrived at my appointment. I spoke to the receptionist on the phone who asked "when was she here last" I said a few months ago for an injection- I was told great see you at 3- absolutely NOTHING about needing to see the Veterinarian. Switched vets recently. I am very glad I did. They are very caring and personable. I loved the picture they took of Tank and the goody bag he received.

I was there yesterday with my dog Pepe’. The drive up service is a great idea. I think my dog probably did better than if I were there! The vet tech who took care of him ( unfortunately I don’t know her name) said she fell in love with him. Dr Saez was so nice and sounded genuinely concerned I just want to thank them both for their care and treatment of my family member Pepe’ If anyone else was involved in my Pepe’s care thank you also!

awesome staff.. from front desk when u walk in to the help nurses drs ect then as u leave. ... great experiance n my dog was excited to be spoiled..as well as my nephews stuffed animal puppy who also got a full checkup🥰💞🐕🐶
