I have had everything Hebert's sells and none of it is disappointing! I typically drive out from San Antonio with a couple ice chests to load up with some of the best stuffed chicken, duck, meat pies and boudin you'll ever buy!
This place is wonderful. The food is awesome and the customer service is top notch. My favorite thing, although there is so much I love, is the crawfish and shrimp pies!!! Go get you some.
I've been shopping here for years!! My favorite is the shrimp and rice stuffed boneless chicken, but there are other great finds here such as stuffed pork chops, bacon wrapped jalapeños, sauces, seasonings and more!! Always great customer service, pre-prepared entrees that you can take home and throw in the oven. They even have a hot lunch menu item daily. Best meat market in town!!
Hebert's is amazing! Been coming here for years. We love the deboned chicken stuffed with rice dressing and the boudin balls. The food reminds me of my families great Cajun cooking. Will always come back for more!

Had Turducken here for the first time this year it was amazing! Every thing else rocks too that I've had best place
The crab meat au gratin is absolutely divine!! I could eat it everyday.
