I’ve been wanting a turducken forever, we literally discovered this place by both accident and word-of-mouth! The selection there is so incredible, this is straight Louisiana cooking and meat at its finest. I am definitely going there for all of my meat and exotic tastes!

My family loves Hebert's Crawfish Pie, Rice Dressing, all kinds of Stuffed Chicken, Sausages, etc. We often gift our family back East with their products, which everyone enjoys.
Everything we have tried has been great. Turducken, bacon wrapped quail, boudin ball and, gumbo. I have a list of more to try.
The Cauliflower Boudin is amazing!
