I purchased a gold set from this store, and paid the full price based on the weight of the entire piece, assuming it was all gold. However, I later discovered that the clasp on the necklace contains a non-gold part, which was not disclosed. When I contacted the seller, they refused to refund me and only offered an exchange. I am very disappointed with this lack of transparency and feel misled. I would not recommend this store unless you thoroughly verify every detail before buying.
The service we received was exceptional, and their collection of jewelry is simply beautiful. I can’t recommend them enough. Definitely a 5/5 experience!
