Thank you HEB crew for this amazing visit!! Amazing Doctor and super informative on everything. Just one Staff member who was super rude and was very annoyed when I asked one simply question and acted as if she was disgusted with me. I want mentioned name because Supervisor has already been notified. Hopefully she will learn her lesson. I've been coming to this hospital 30 years plus.
What a wonderful staff! We finally decided to go in around 3 am - exhausted and in pain- after hours of wondering if things would just get better in their own. It can feel like a gamble in the middle of the night to venture out and hope that you find someone who can help with an urgent health problem. Our experience was so good that I would recommend this facility to anyone in DFW. it’s NOT AN URGENT CARE WHY DOES GOOGLE SAY ITS AN URGENT CARE
Took my mom here last evening. Quick to get you in and great people working up front. Doctors are great..... But i do believe very understaffed in ER Nurses. My mom needed to use the restrooms not once but 2 different incidents after calling the first time .. had to recall and then recall AGAIN!! Before someone finally came! Unacceptable! Then another time she needed to go we call and we wait!!!!!!!! 15 minutes my mom is alot to pee on herself i said ok I'll play ur game i undid all wires etc off her.
