Great experience. Gabby was upfront yet kind about the fact my goals were not achievable but I still left feeling as if I looked how I wanted to. Great conversation, relaxed atmosphere. Am planning on coming back in for a partial and short scissor cut in a few weeks once my full highlight has faded a little bit.
The ONLY place I’ll go for my hair!! I usually hate getting my hair done, but heavy metal has made me fall in love! Every single time, I’m blown away with how good it looks and feels! The employees are all so friendly and welcoming. The owner (Brit) is INCREDIBLE! I will continue to recommend heavy metal to everyone i know ◡̈
