In short, professional, kind, attention to detail, showed care about the quality of the job and protecting my vehicle from additional damage. Very affordable considering the cost of the equipment and both Zach & Austin were onsite for a couple hours. I hope I don't need them again anytime soon, but I know who I'm calling if I do and I would recommend them to anyone.

Very thankful that my car ended up at 24 Hour Towing Norwall rather than Metro’s because otherwise I would have been fighting tooth and nail to even get someone on the phone over there. Very sweet lady walked me through all of my options and didn’t treat me like a moron. Kindness goes a long way!

Very friendly and helpful. During a stressful situation like having your car in impound Viertels makes sure to provide you with all the information needed to get your car back in your possession and on the road again as soon as possible. The employees are kind and sympathetic to your situation and have no problem going the extra mile to make sure you get all your questions answered.

Went to take my car out. At first we couldn't find it. We were there around 9am. Wish I had taken the young man's name. He was a great help and very polite. Also the gentleman who helped take the part out from under our bumper. Thanks guys.
