Originally, I had made a review reflecting a negative experience I had. It’s only fair that I update that to reflect the more positive experience that followed. The service really was lovely, and I won’t change that part. Debbie reached out to me to clear the air, and I have a great deal of respect for the kind of person who can do that. No words can express my heartfelt thanks to Heavner & Cutright Funeral Chapel in honoring my Dad and our family. Dad’s passing was unexpected and traumatic on many levels. They provided a healing environment with loving and compassionate care for our family. We are eternally grateful for the over and above selfless accommodations and respect the exude.
