Dr. Heavens has been my dads Snowbird Dr. For many years. The last 2 years his primary Dr. Always loved the staff, nurses, ect...He only likes to see Heavens... Well Since September and his move to Village Medical I am so disappointed...Not in Dr. HEAVENS HIM SELF..But with everything else... After a ER visit the 5th of Nov. My dad needed a follow up with his primary Dr in 7-to 10 days from a fall that need stitches. Well Nov 29th was his 1st opening...
