The renovations is spectacular, the staff 4frm FOH/ BNH are great ..the food is the best ( buffet style) worth the price ...it was my Mom's favorite place bac in tha day wen it was Colonial....i highly recommend it
Always good food. The best chicken fried steak and creamy mashed potatoes. The Heavens Gate Omelette is amazing. Staff is super friendly. Love this place!
We went today for the Sunday buffet. I was so disappointed the fried chicken had no seasoning. The same with the collard greens, just cooked in water, no salt, pepper or anything. The cook they have now needs to learn how to season food! You cant fry chicken and then try to salt it! Until a new cook is hired or the current one learns how to season food, we wont be back. The desserts are store bought also. Huge failure on the owners part for not having a better cook.
