I called Heaven's Best after a friend posted how clean Heaven's Best cleaned her carpets! I've had my carpets cleaned quite a few times over the years and Heaven's Best is at the top of my list now! Jim was friendly, on time & put me on the schedule the very next day! My carpets look brand new and smell amazing! He even cleaned a 10 year old oversized chair and it looks fantastic! Jim was very professional and left my carpets cleaner than when we moved in! The electricity went off in the middle of his work and he kindly came back later to finish the job! Highly recommend! He was great to work with and provided excellent cleaning at an excellent price as well!

Absolutely the best experience with Jim Appleby and Heaven's Best carpet and upholstery cleaning. On time, professional, and meticulous! Scheduling was easy ( I scheduled on line) and reminders and updates were texted to me so I knew when to expect his arrival. The carpets and chair look brand new!
I have used Heavens Best a number of times...I have 2 small dogs that have even smaller bladders so needless to say the carpet has seen its share of “accidents “...Jim always leaves the carpets looking brand new...will continue to use him many times in the future.
