We had our carpets cleaned earlier today, they are already dry. The heavy traffic areas and soiled areas are completely gone! Honestly, the carpet looks as good as it did the day it was installed. Jim helped us make our carpets look better than ever. I swear they look nicer than they did when we moved in. We’ve had a lot of spills and stains that were so deeply set into the carpet that nothing we tried was working. Wine spills, food spills, marker stains and not to mention your standard 4 year old messes.. and in an hour and a half he gave this carpet a new life. Heavens Best recently cleaned carpets in 4 rooms of our home and we were extremely pleased. The carpets look great, and as advertised they were dry within one hour! Jim, the owner/operator was very friendly and easy to work with - the price was very reasonable, Jim did a great job. We would highly recommend Heavens Best Carpet Cleaning!
I can’t say enough how impressed we were with how easy it was to schedule, reasonably priced, fast, communicative, and — above all — what great work Jim did on our carpets. We were so happy with the results and our experience that we plan to have him come back for our hardwood floors and to clean the carpets yearly. With a dog, two kids, two cats, and a roving band of neighborhood kids running through, I couldn’t be more happy to have found him. Such a great small local business to support.
Jim was amazing!! We listed our house for sale and wanted our carpets to be in better shape for showings. They had a lot of old and new stains from our toddler boy (and a few years of just living/wear and tear). In particular was a fruit punch stain that my husband tried SO many different things to get it out, and sure enough, Jim made it look easy. We are so thankful for the recommendations that led us to Jim! 10/10!
