There were two technicians. They showed up on time. They were very professional and polite. We had a dog so one rug in particular needed more attention. They went over a particular area a few times and got the stains out. I was very pleased. Another thing- the Company is locally owned. I volunteer for the Humane Society and they have generously donated services for our annual fundraising Gala.

The cleaner from Heavens Best worked very hard on my couch and carpet that were stained from some recent tenants and he did a fantastic job! I thought I would have to replace it all but Chris succeeded in saving both the couch and the carpet. I’ll definitely hire them again.
