They were on time if not early for the appointment and they made our carpets look brand new and the workers were time affective and friendly

We had this service in June 2018. After completion, three were one or two problems. We called to have them come back and fix the problems. They never returned our calls. At some point didn't care about problems getting fixed, wanted our money back under the satisfaction guarantee. They will not return calls. You can leave messages from here to the end of time. They will not return the calls. Arguing with our credit card company to try and get our money back. AVOID at all costs.
