Brand new carpet and our dog was not well. Mr. Burtis asked specific questions to know exactly what he needed to use. So much knowledge was shared about why the products I tried didn’t work. He was able to fix the stains in no time! Clearly this isn’t just some big business hurrying on to the next job ... they have each customer’s best interest at heart. Thank you for saving our brand new carpet!

Waited awhile to write this review my carpets had some stains on them that always came back when I had other carpet cleaners. The stains are gone I am extremely happy with them I will definitely use Heavens Best again very friendly and affordable
