Lo peor q pudimos tener..nos dejaron sin asistencia ya q la HHA q enviaron decidió no venir más, y no la reemplazaron para atender a mi esposo que, está en cama después de un stroke. La Señora Aurora muy amable y fuera de hora me resolvio ante la situation que tenia con mi papa,y como me lo enviaron de el hospital...una HHA a las 8 de la noche.,q muy pocas agencias q he tenido experiencias con mi madre,tratan de resolver. El resto de el personal,muy amable y cooperativo.Los recomiendo la verdad.

The physical and occupational therapists Anne and Zulema were great - (five stars). The actual agency was not and I do not recommend it at all. They do not return calls regardless of the situation. They simply ignored the fact that my husband (who has Parkinsons) needed and was approved for a speech therapist. They couldn't care less. Think twice before calling them.
