It was our first time to Heavenly Pets. Usually Bella would get so nervous when we walked in other groomers. I was shocked when she ran up to the lady that greeted us when we went in!! When I came back to pick her up, she was as happy as could be!!!! Needless to say, we are well pleased with the service and staff!!!
I have taken my Cocker Spaniel J.J. here for a long long time, even when it was downtown Jasper. I have left J.J. there when I went on trips, and he doesn't mind at all. When it's time for grooming he goes straight to the back with no problem, and that means he likes it there. I am so happy Heavenly Pets is in Jasper..WE love this place:)
Sambo loves Heavenly Pets. He runs to the car to go for grooming and runs in their door. They have always taken very good care of him and I trust their experience. Sambo is a gentle old soul and he doesn't just run into places...he only runs when he's excited and he's always excited to go to for grooming or boarding at Heavenly Pets. They make my life so much easier.
My dog loves to go to the Pet Resort. They always do such a wonderful job with his cleaning and clipping. When our little schnoodle Henry overhears us talking about taking him to The Pet Resort, he gets all excited and will try to direct us to the door. We're now having to spell the name rather than saying it out loud. Everyone is so nice and you can tell they genuinely love dogs. After Henry had to have surgery after a pit bull attack, they were especially careful with him. The Pet Resort is number 1 in our book!
