My pups enter Heavenly Pets happy, and leave beautiful. These wonderful ladies have been grooming my fur babies for over ten years. I would say that is satisfaction!
This is the only place I take my Shih tzu she loves the staff and owners, as do I. They always treat me and my baby like family. You couldn't ask for any better.
I have been very happy with Heavenly Pets, they are a kind & caring grooming salon & take special care of your doggies. I was also a past customer when this was Pet Resort, & they always did a wonderful job on my dog Murphy. Sadly tho, my Murphy went to doggie heaven this past February, due to old age (16), but he always liked to go get his bath & grooming. The Ladies here are so kind and caring with my dogs, all 3 of them get so excited about going to the groomer. My 4yr old 140# neapolitan Mastiff, Kenzi is a special needs baby she was attacked when young and mentally stresses over everthing, i've never been able to leave her anywhere till I found them. When we take her here she walks right in and they love all over her. She is so relaxed! That's important! My 2yr old 100# German Shepherd is so excitable but just calms right down when he goes in. Our standard poodle is a retired show dog,Melissa the owner is a certified show groomer and porche looks just as good if not better when her proffesional job is completed. Unfortunatitly, we were customers that had come in when a young girl had dropped off a pitiful little Yorkie that had been so badly neglected that it's whole body was in a full body Matt. This neat grooming shop always does a wonderful job, my Sparkie, Maxx, Chloe, and Gizzmo always look so cute when I pick them up from this shop, they have a coconut doggie fragrance we've just bought and it smells so good! She really treats my doggies like her own, I think they are the best. Thanks Heavenly Pets for taking care of my Babies!
Heavenly Pets always does an amazing job. They listen to all your request make notes. Not only do your pets come out looking great, they make you feel great with there customer service. There's no other place in town that gives better customer service than these guys.
Love this place have been taking my kitty cat to her for two years now they take good care of my cat and are convently located across the road. Very friendly staff and great quick services I recommend this place to everyone with pets
