I went here for a birthday massage my wife booked for me, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience from start to finish. Our appointment was scheduled for 6:30, but they were running behind and still did not give us the full hour we paid for. That alone was frustrating, especially since this was supposed to be a special occasion. It was awful never again. I booked a couple massage. Mines started on time. The other lady didn't come in and start my parents for another 15 to 20 min. Then she kept leaving out the room. At least 3x. And then asked for a tip. Girl bye. Never again
Went for a $70 massage. Asked if cocoa butter was ok to use. I said yes. When it was all done. They charged $10 extra for the butter and $3 because my CC charge was under $100. THEN expected a tip. Pitiful and deceitful. Will not go back.
