I was treated with the upmost respect, the office personnel was nice, gentle and very professional. They explain all aspect of the dental procedure they would perform. The office was very clean and professional. Dr. Harris was great and would explain all the procedures she was performing on me, i would highly recommend this off... read more
Dentist not interested in patients on personal level The clinic is very small: receptionist, dentist, and technician. Consequently, all appointments are consecutive. Although we made our appts for the same time, it took an hour and a half for my husband and me to get our teeth cleaned. I didn't feel that the dentist was truly interested in me as a patient - she didn't even read the dental history sheets I had filled out in the waiting room. WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO HERE! I went here in January 2010, and they told me I had 6 cavities and needed to pay $100 on top of my co-pay for what they called a "Level 2" cleaning. It was the dirtiest (i.e. dead cricket on the floor and old gross equipment) dental office I've ever been to. The dentist tried to compare my 'cleaning' to heart surgery, and told me if I didn't get the magic 'Level 2' cleaning for $100..a normal cleaning would be like giving me a new kidney instead of a new heart (worst analogy ever)... read more
Family Environment If you are looking for a warm and welcoming dental office that isn't a drudgery to make your regular dental visits, then this is the place for you. The services are great and you are treated more like a family member, rather than a patient.
Not scared anymore I am 24 yr old woman. I have gone to dentist, but I stopped going due to bad experience's with a few previous. I have been nervous to get my teeth look at because I didn't want to get and fillings. My past dentist did not numb me and was very rough. I have alot of fillings to get now due to not going for a while. I've had 4 done already and also a front chipped tooth repaired. First of all, I am completely comfortable with my smile now because my tooth is even and natural looking, also I am over the jitter... read more
