I was just booking a facial for my niece and myself and I can tell "Mary" at the Sugarhouse location was very short with me and had no patience. I was looking for the bar code she requested and I was not fast enough for her. She put me on hold then got back on and I was talking and she said "I stopped listening to you". I asked if she was stressed and she said she was "multi-tasking"...THEN she hung up on me. I would like an apology from the company or I will be cancelling my appts. This place is soooo breathtaking! It has every kind of vibe you want from modern, to edgy, to earthy and more. The prices are extremely competitive also. :D

Absolutely love this place! They have always been very accommodating and worth the drive! I recommend HH to everyone.
I enjoyed every time they would massage my husband and me in our room at the Anniversary Inn (I would give them 5 stars for that), however when I went into the salon for an hour and a half massage, they ran a very tight and "frugal" ship. It was evident that they frown on their employees using too much lotion on their clients during massages.
