Had a gift certificate for a massage that was not accepted by Mary the owner. It had no expiration and was signed by the rude owner herself. She said it was old and the company no longer accepted the certificates. Really - they received payment years ago for it but no longer accept them ?? She stated that the company I got the certificate through was out of business now but I should contact them to get a refund. City Deals did not pay for the gift certificates up front. These Certificates expired a very long time ago. When they went out of business they would not pay for any of the outstanding Certificates. We did work with customers who tried to redeem them in a timely manner. However, since it has been about 4 years since these were issued and we never received any money, we have a policy not to honor those anymore. I had an AMAZING facial with Serena. Her touch was so soft and soothing. Next time I need a facial, I will absolutely go to her again. Josh gave me a 1/2 hour turbo-packed chair massage and turned my stiff, old neck and shoulders into a pliable part of my body again. The atmosphere at Heavenly Hands is conducive to Reiki--comfortable, quiet, and calming. I always feel very relaxed and upbeat after a session with Kim. If you're unsure about Reiki, try a session with Kim. I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.
