This is definitely my dentist going forward. The name attracted me and my wife at first but now that I've had work done there I see why it's named "Heavenly Hands". Yesterday I had an extraction done on a very stubborn tooth and not only did she make it so that I did not feel the pain of the numbing needle (at all) it's now 24 hrs later and I have yet to feel any pain or discomfort. I'm the biggest baby when it comes to going to the dentist. This is the first time in years my anxiety didn't go through the roof. Pain free experience and the best customer service. I knew already Dr. Epps would be amazing but huge shout out to Tia my hygienist.
You have the warmth of a mother in Dr. Epps. You have the patience and bedside manner of a dentist who loves her work. And you leave with a highest quality job having been done on your teeth. The office staff is competent and communication between you, them and your insurance companies is regular and you know what the cost is upfront.
