I went to Joy for a simple hair color touch-up, and it ended up taking over 8 hours, finishing after the salon was closed. She was very rough while detangling my hair, and after all that time, I left with my hair completely wet — no blow dry included. When I dried it myself at home, it was dry, brittle, and damaged. The color wasn’t what I asked for, and when I reached out about it, Joy was defensive and refused a refund. Not worth the time or money.
