This experience could not have been any better. Sheri answered my call right away and had me scheduled for the same day - 90 minutes later. I truly could not believe it. And then Jes, my technician, was the best. She made me feel so comfortable, talked me through the treatment process as many times as I needed her to before I left - so I was sure of myself when I got home - and we had some lovely conversation as well (which is always a nice bonus).
