Tre is a true gem! I came into Heavenly Hair totally overwhelmed — juggling work, trip prep, and a lice scare thanks to my sweet nephews. But the moment I walked in, Tre greeted me with a warm smile, offered me a glass of wine, and turned on Avatar: The Last Airbender (a shared favorite).
