Went to get a bouquet for my daughter for her dance recital and the store representative was NOT helpful at all. I basically had to put my own arrangement together without much assistance. I would never go back!

Great experience! Sent my mom in Freeport an arrangement for Mother’s Day (I am out of state). The shop was super accommodating and let me tell them the price point, colors, and delivery date that I wanted. They worked within my parameters, and sent my mom an arrangement that she absolutely loved. The arrangement was larger than expected for the price point I requested—great value for the money. Thanks, Heavenly Flowers!!!!

Ordered two different flowers to be delivered for Mother’s Day that were later marked as delivered, but never delivered. Despite numerous phone calls to the shop and a guarantee that the flowers would be remade and delivered by 6pm on Mother’s Day- they were never remade and never delivered. They noted their delivery person never finished their route, but made no attempts to correct the issue. Very disappointing experience with them and would not recommend shopping with them.

Purchased a bouquet of flowers that were poorly arranged, it did not match the photos at all and the color scheme was off. Also, the bouquet contained very few flowers. For almost $100, you would expect fresh, good quality flowers but that wasn’t the case. You’re better off going to ShopRite than this place.
