I’ve purchased various arrangements through the years and the customer service was tolerable. After this last experience, I will not be returning. I purchased a wrist corsage for my daughter. I would sit here and give a whole list of details. But the other reviews really got this place down. horrible customer service ran by people who claimed to be christian But don't have any of their values. When somebody spends money on flowers, I expect them to be alive when they arrive until last for more than two days. Please avoid this place like the plague.
In the attempt to make it look like a tree they took clippings and a few dark green bulbs and sold it as an expensive gift .They got away with it. It was awful.
