I have only been with this company for about 6-7 weeks., but these are issues that I'm experiencing 1) It's rare that they answer the phone, even during business hours. You constantly have to leave a message and they'll call you back. 2) The communication between office staff is horrible. It''s as if they don't talk to one another. Worst agency ever! They do not tell the truth and NEVER answer the phone. They genuinely do not care about their clients and it shows in everything they do. They're extremely unprofessional. Do not go here! You'll definitely regret it!!!
The first time I called the agency it was 5:00pm Friday and left an e-mail because it was closed. Right away the manager , Sonia answered my e-mail saying to call Monday. Monday she found a care transportation to my appointment. She was very professional and she really care about her patients. She helped me and always calling to check on me when I returned home. The care companion was very nice to me, she is strong , brave and compassionate. I am very happy to have Heavenly’s care assisted me. Kudos
5 stars well deserved.. I was well informed with great customer service based on the urgent help i needed to give to my parents. The caregiver assigned to my parents was very knowledgeable, professional and patient. I truly appreciate the team effort and passsion showed by Heavenly Companion Care Company. Please keep up the good work. A big thanks. during my call for help.
