Update: Michelle Handy of Heaven Sent Management Hampton ,Va has if total of 13 negative reviews that she refuse to expose to the public and have mention to me she have learned how to control her reviews. Since my initial post she have had no contact with me to dissolve any problems. She only cares about collecting rent which she cannot receive due to rent being paid in tent assertion down town. Just poor business ethic and unprofessional to the highest degree . I would give her zero stars

hired Michelle Handy to manage my property 3 years ago. At first she was very helpful, attentive and I thought very knowledgeable. This last year of utilizing her services has been very stressful and trying on me and my finances. Michelle Handy has facilitated a tenant to live in my home rent free for 3 going on 4 months.
